NHBA 2016 Award Presentations

The Niagara Home Builders’ Association (NHBA) President Yvonne Hendriks and OHBA President Neil Rodgers paid tribute to association members for their dedicated commitment to the association.

The 2016 Member of the Year was presented to JON WHYTE of Mountainview Homes.   Jon works steadily on behalf of the association and its members, impacting the issues and challenges relevant to the home NHBA President Yvonne Hendriks, Jon Whyte, OHBA President Neil Rodgersbuilding industry.  Dedicated to NHBA, he is a Director on the Board and chairs the Government Relations Committee.  He shares his knowledge and expertise at OHBA, co-chairing the Land Development Committee

The 2016 Nick Bascinao Company of the Year award was presented to two deserving companies this year.

LUCCHETTA HOMES is a small custom building company demonstrating professionalism and courtesy to    colleagues and customers.  They continue to advocate for the Association and encourage membership and participation.  The company is a longtime supporter and volunteer for the Pelham Summerfest.  Building new technology an2016-companyyrlucchettad innovation into their homes they qualified for the first ever Net Zero Home Energy Label in Niagara.
