Momentum is growing as the RenoMark expands across Canada.  Central to the entire RenoMark program is the renovation-specific Code of Conduct to benefit and protect you – the homeowner.

Only members of the Niagara  Home Builders’ Association are eligible to display the RenoMark symbol. As a RenoMark renovator, a company has to agree to adhere to the NHBA Code of Ethics and the RenoMark Code of Conduct. These include returning phone calls within two business days, offering a minimum two-year warranty on all work, carrying a minimum of $2 Million in liability insurance and provide a clearance certificate from the Worker Safety Insurance Board (WSIB).
